About the Role
As a Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for managing operations, quality control, and staff within your primary production area. You will also cross-train in other production roles to provide support as needed, implement quality control procedures, ensure compliance with regulations, oversee equipment maintenance, and maintain comprehensive production documentation.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in cannabis product manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of the assigned production role (extraction, extraction filling, pre-roll, kitchen, post-processing).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in production management software such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Metrc.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs.
