TalentAlly is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join their team in Spartanburg, SC. The role involves executing maintenance and continuous improvement plans in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will work with internal and external teams to execute varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, or installing complex manufacturing equipment and systems, while also training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
About You
Required:
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5 years' experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated systems and equipment.
- Proficient mechanical, electrical and PLC skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Laser Guided Vehicles and Autonomous Mobile Robots.
- Experience with robotic systems (Fanuc preferred).
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse execution, and manufacturing execution systems.
Benefits
- Pay starting at $42.08 per hour, increasing to $44.29 per hour after 6 months.
- Shift premium for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
