About the Role
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to department supervisors, oversee quality and safety, develop manufacturing plans, implement performance metrics, and manage resources to optimize operations. You will also collaborate with other departments and assist in executing the annual performance plan.
About You
Required:
- B.S. in Engineering, Business Administration, or other applicable technical discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a supervisor or manager role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based technologies.
- Demonstrated project management and continuous improvement skills, including knowledge of lean six sigma.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a busy manufacturing environment.
