About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operations Co-Op, you will participate in training for safety, manufacturing processes, and materials flow. You will also receive skills training in forming, welding, and assembly, and engage in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events. Additionally, you will undergo leadership training on production planning, visual management tools, and lean manufacturing.

About You

Required:

Current student enrolled in an accredited technical school/college/university pursuing a degree or certification in Engineering or Business.
Highly motivated, positive attitude, and goal-oriented.
Analytical skills, communication skills, and strong initiative.

Preferred:

Strong interest in the automotive manufacturing industry.
