As a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you will supervise production activities, ensure quality standards, and implement continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will manage daily production operations, develop team members, optimize processes, and collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.
About You
Required:
- Advanced Degree plus 2 years, or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Effective leadership and team development skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in operational excellence and process improvements.
