About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience (machine operation is a plus)
- Ability to work 1st shift and overtime including weekends when needed
- Ability to work around chemicals (including IPA, Acetone, KOH, and Dynasolve)
- Fluency in English for training purposes
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for almost the entire shift
- Ability to work inside a clean room
- Basic computer skills (SAP/CamLine is a plus)
- Flexibility to be trained and cross-trained in other departments
- Experience in machine operation
- Enthusiastic learner with a continuous improvement mindset
