- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to make informed decisions.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience following work instructions or reading blueprints.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Prior experience working in a light industrial facility.
- Lift truck operator experience.
