About the Role
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will lead technical expertise for manufacturing processes, train and mentor technicians, manage validation and quality systems, create and control process documentation, collaborate on design for manufacturability, drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee new product introductions, engage with suppliers, analyze data, and maintain equipment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or electronics.
- Strong understanding of validation methodologies, quality systems (ISO 13485, FDA QSR), and GMP requirements.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, PFMEA, and root cause methodologies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with CAD, Minitab/JMP, MES, and ERP systems.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE).
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
