About the Role
As a Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of 30-40 employees, work with the Manufacturing Manager to develop Value Stream Improvement Plans, and ensure compliance with organizational goals. You will also handle employee performance management, hiring, and resolve employee relations matters.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 2 years of experience in a machine shop setting.
- OR an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience in a machine shop setting.
- At least 5 years of direct management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work a split shift from 8PM - 4AM.
