About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a production environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Knowledge of QMS, CAPA, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45000.
- Training and demonstrated success in FMEA, DoE, and problem-solving methods.
- Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- SAP knowledge.
- Six Sigma and ASQ Certification preferred; Black belt is a plus.
- Knowledge of Minitab, JMP, or other statistical software.
- Knowledge of UL standards for switchboards and panels.
