About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in mechanical and electronic assembly.
- Strong understanding of assembly equipment, tools, and processes, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with manufacturing software systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) is a plus.
