About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of related experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of GMPs and regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred:
- Experience in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong professional writing skills and ability to prepare technical reports.
- Assessment and troubleshooting skills.
- Good computer skills.
