About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience working with MES in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ME/MII/PCo and Kepware.
- Strong experience providing in-person support on the manufacturing plant floor.
- Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes (robots, motors, EV components, battery packs, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA integration with MES.
- Knowledge of OPC UA, PLC, equipment connectivity concepts.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and customer service mindset.
