About You
- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years overall work experience within a manufacturing environment for level 2 or 4-6 years for level 3
- Hands-on manufacturing experience
- Good reading and math skills
- Exposure to Chemistry and vocational training such as woodworking, metal working, or mechanical training
- Must be able to be certified for respirator use and trained in forklift and hoist operation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to fabricate components out of rubber for level 3
- Experience in organizing and planning daily work
- Aptitude to learn blueprint reading
