About the Role
As a Manufacturing Technician B, you will work closely with Area Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Inspection. Your primary duties will include automated, semi-automated, and hand install assembly operations, ensuring compliance with quality specifications, supporting root cause analysis of failed components, and maintaining professional standards. You will also be required to support overtime as needed and achieve IPC-610 certification.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred:
- Fully proficient individual contributor, with the ability to support team activities.
- Basic circuit card assembly knowledge/skills.
- Experience in prototype and first time build processes.
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing process improvement using tools such as lean, six sigma, and TOC techniques.
