L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician B to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves performing various manufacturing assembly and test operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
About the Role
As a Manufacturing Technician B, you will be responsible for tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive manufacturing assembly and test operations for cables and harnesses. You will work with engineers on set-up and calibration tasks, perform rework and quality testing, and use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data. Your role will also involve developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to read wire tables, wire diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and perform continuity and resistance testing.
Preferred:
- Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.
- Experience in electromechanical assembly and cable and harness assembly.
