About the Role
As a Manufacturing Technician III, you will operate machinery, perform in-process monitoring, conduct quality inspections, and support continuous improvement activities. Your responsibilities will include equipment setup, manual packaging, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment. You will also act as a certified on-the-job trainer and participate in process validation and improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Advanced experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP regulated environment.
- Ability to effectively understand, read, write, communicate and follow instructions in English.
- Good attention to detail and capability to keep accurate records and perform mathematical calculations.
Preferred:
- High school graduate, vocational school graduate or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP.
- Prior production experience.
- Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies/procedures.
