Evernorth Health Services is seeking a Business Analytics Advisor for their Adoption Innovation Lab in Scottsdale, AZ. The role is remote and focuses on supporting functional processes within the Adoption Center organization.

About the Role

As a Business Analytics Advisor, you will design activities to assist in scaling new capabilities, create ideal test scenarios, and document business requirements for technical teams. You will derive insights from data, guide delivery teams, and collaborate with tech and business teams to drive innovation and ensure the adoption of new technology.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in deriving insights from large data sets.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in business process improvement.
Strong data mining and analytical skills.
Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
Proficient critical thinking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Medicare and/or Commercial Network, Contract and Demographic provider data elements.
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
Experience working in CPF or HCPM.
