As a Marital & Family Lawyer, you will specialize in high-stakes family law, manage complex asset divorce cases, and handle contentious family law disputes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a diverse legal team, managing your caseload from intake to resolution, and providing guidance to legal support staff. You will also be expected to maintain professionalism in client interactions and contribute to a positive firm culture.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- At least 7 years of litigation experience with a proven track record in trial and evidentiary hearings.
- Strong command of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and Family Law Rules.
Preferred:
- Experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Proficiency in managing mediations and settlement conferences.
