As a Maritime Law Enforcement Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing various law enforcement topics related to the US Coast Guard Maritime Law Enforcement Academy. You will manage classroom dynamics, ensure quality instruction, and maintain a safe training environment. Your performance will be measured through established metrics and course evaluations.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of the US Coast Guard Maritime Law Enforcement Academy's Boarding Officer Course.
- CG Boarding Officer qualification.
- Three years of Maritime Law Enforcement Training experience.
- Ability to meet semi-annual physical fitness standards.
- Knowledge of Coast Guard Use of Force Policy and related instructional topics.
Preferred:
- Experience in facilitating mock boarding scenarios.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
