About the Role
As a Market Development Representative, you will implement innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, educate customers on consumer trends, lead distributors in marketing and account execution, and develop rapport with customers. You will also monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales goals are met.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
- Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
- Demonstrated successful use of sales data analytics and tools.
Preferred:
- Sales/marketing internship or full/part-time sales role experience in consumer-packaged goods.
- Sales competition experience.
