About the Role
As the Market Director of Business Development, you will manage and support facility business development teams, identify opportunities at the facility level, and set strategic direction for unique markets. You will facilitate communication between teams, support facility CEOs, and implement strategies to diversify payer mix and increase census. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with referral institutions, tracking KPIs, and ensuring effective communication and analysis of business development efforts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field.
- Three or more years of related experience in healthcare business development and marketing role, preferably in behavioral health.
- 3 or more years of supervision/management experience in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Good understanding of regional and national markets.
- Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatments.
