Bank of America is seeking a Market Financial Center Manager for the MA Southeast Market to support a cluster of financial centers and drive operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Market Financial Center Manager, you will operate as a backup financial center leader, manage client traffic, engage clients, foster retention, and drive business results through management routines and coaching. You will create a world-class client experience and manage market-level initiatives while ensuring effective operations across the financial center.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a diverse work team.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority.
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently.
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports.
- Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to providing personalized service.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills including verbal, non-verbal, written, and active listening.
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required.
- Must be able to travel to any financial center within the defined market.
Preferred:
- 1+ years management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail, or hospitality.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).
