About You
- Strong background in Agriculture.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, agriculture, or a related field.
- Three or more years of sales management experience in Financial Services with a proven performance record.
- Five or more years of job-related experience in lending and collections focusing on business, agriculture, commercial, and consumer credit.
- Experience in residential mortgage lending.
- Highly motivated and able to perform without direct supervision.
- Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, communication, organizational, delegation, and team player skills.
- Knowledge of financial services, operational systems/processes, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing.
