Straumann Group is seeking a Marketing and Commercialization Manager - ITI to join their team in Andover, MA. The role involves expanding the International Team for Implantology’s footprint in the U.S. and Canada through strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
About the Role
As a Marketing and Commercialization Manager, you will be responsible for leadership and strategy, membership growth and engagement, revenue development, and operations and support. You will shape growth initiatives, lead member engagement efforts, identify revenue growth strategies, and ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on campaign development and implementation.
Preferred:
- 3+ years in member services or constituent management.
- Demonstrated experience in membership growth, retention, and analytics.
- Proven project management experience with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Outgoing and entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to drive direction and innovation.
