About the Role
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in shaping EQT's marketing presence in the Americas. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the events team to execute virtual and in-person events, managing the marketing calendar, tracking campaign activities, and driving marketing projects through approval workflows. You will work closely with internal teams to amplify educational content and monitor campaign results for continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years experience in client or product marketing, preferably in asset or wealth management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and navigating compliance processes.
- Hands-on proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM/marketing platforms (Salesforce a plus).
Preferred:
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain within one year.
