About the Role
As a Marketing Data Lead, you will partner with stakeholders across various departments to deliver insightful marketing performance analysis. Your responsibilities will include analyzing marketing spend and campaign performance, building interactive dashboards to monitor KPIs, translating data findings into narratives for leadership, and ensuring data quality in marketing performance reporting.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong Excel skills, including modeling and dashboarding capabilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, performance measurement, and financial impact.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, or Finance, or related degree.
- Experience in automotive, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
- Experience integrating financial and marketing data to support ROI analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to design scalable reporting solutions and automate routine analyses.
