About You
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, integrated marketing, or market strategy within healthcare.
- Background in pharma, healthcare media agencies, or vendor-side marketing strategy environments.
- Experience building strategy in partnership with Sales and understanding how to support the commercial organization.
- Ability to manage expectations of pharmaceutical manufacturers and senior stakeholders.
- Executive presence with the ability to create confidence quickly in both internal and external conversations.
- Experience from an agency, vendor, or pharmaceutical company environment.
- Brand/product management experience on the pharma side is highly valued.
- Experience managing direct reports.
