About the Role
As the Marketing Director, you will coordinate facility efforts with referral sources, work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and other leaders to grow the referral base, enhance the facility's reputation in the medical community, and represent the facility at various community functions. You will also participate in local and regional sales meetings and communicate details to community leadership.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of senior living industry sales experience, preferably in assisted living.
- Demonstrated track record of facility-level marketing to acute care and other referral sources.
- Ability to balance short-term tasks requiring immediate attention with long-term project planning.
- Superior interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Self-starter and ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to report and interpret sales metrics for senior care.
- Enjoys working with elderly population.
Preferred:
- Management level marketing experience.
