About the Role
As a Marketing Document Control Specialist, you will work closely with the Manager of Marketing Operations and various stakeholders to launch and monitor compliant marketing materials. Your responsibilities will include processing promotional documents, collaborating with content creators, conducting internal audits, and maintaining digital asset libraries. You will also assist in onboarding new employees and managing software enhancements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years’ relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Understanding of the medical device and/or pharmaceutical landscape.
- Knowledge of digital asset management software and Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Project Management experience.
