About the Role
As a Marketing Enablement Senior Analyst, you will design and launch certification courses for marketing metrics, create technical documentation, and support change management strategies. You will partner with the Global Marketing Analytics team to become a subject matter expert and ensure that global campaign creators and analysts are certified experts in the Salesforce marketing analytics ecosystem.
About You
Required:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience balancing analytical expertise with change management.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing KPIs, and/or marketing analytics.
