About the Role
As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing events, and developing product messaging that showcases the value of AccessFintech's Synergy Network. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Client Success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and measurable business impact.
About You
Required:
- Proven track record in demand generation, event management, and product marketing.
- Strong understanding of the post-trade ecosystem and buy-side/sell-side workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft concise, impactful messaging.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent programs.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred:
- Growth in MQLs, SQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Event engagement metrics (attendance, leads, conversions, ROI).
- Consistent, differentiated messaging across all client and partner touchpoints.
- Increased visibility of AccessFintech's products and network across key market segments.
- Demonstrable contribution to revenue growth and client acquisition.
