About the Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to identify optimization opportunities, overseeing marketing execution across multiple brands, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead-to-appointment conversion. You will also build dashboards to monitor KPIs and recommend adjustments based on insights.
About You
Required:
7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in home services, trades, or multi-location/franchise operations.
Proven success in digital lead generation and local market campaign execution.
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, LSAs, SEO, Paid Social, and website conversion optimization.
Experience managing multiple brands or regions simultaneously.
Highly analytical, with strong command of marketing KPIs and performance dashboards.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM/lead management tools.
