About You
- 4+ years in event planning, marketing operations, or related project management roles.
- Working knowledge of K-12 education sector RFPs/RFIs, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Project management tool experience (Asana or similar) required.
- Salesforce familiarity required.
- Strong communication, vendor negotiation, cross-team collaboration, evaluation and organizational skills.
- Documentation discipline and detail orientation.
- Ability to travel up to 15% for major events.
