Orange Logic is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join their team in the United States. The role involves optimizing the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of marketing efforts through managing the marketing technology stack and providing analytical insights.

About the Role

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the long-term vision and strategy of the MarTech stack, evaluate and implement marketing tools, lead data integration strategies, oversee campaign execution, design lead scoring frameworks, develop dashboards for decision-making, ensure data integrity and compliance, drive testing programs, and establish operational governance.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
6–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation and CRM.

Preferred:

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.
Strong analytical skills in marketing attribution and data visualization tools.
