As a Senior Manager for Deposits, you will be responsible for formulating profitable growth strategies, managing financial forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. Your tasks will include identifying performance marketing strategies, reporting campaign performance, and enhancing understanding across the organization. You will also need to stay current with industry trends and construct a robust test and learn agenda to maximize production and profitability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing.
Preferred:
- Highly quantitative, analytical, and numbers focused.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Previous experience managing forecasts and budgets.
- Proven success managing online and offline channels.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and self-directed learner with high intellectual curiosity.
- High-powered interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work individually while also motivating a team.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with marketing channels such as direct mail, email, paid search, paid social, targeted display, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
