About the Role
As the Marketing & Social Director, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across social media and website platforms, overseeing strategic growth marketing initiatives, managing events, securing local sponsors and partnerships, and growing the email database and engagement. You will also lead social media content strategies, track brand KPIs, and create graphic design assets such as newsletters and blog posts.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years in social media, content creation, or marketing position.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and all social media platforms.
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Experience with Canva and editing tools (Adobe Suite etc).
- Ability to commute to Coral Gables and Bay Harbor Islands as needed.
