About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage social media content, create and edit marketing materials, support email marketing campaigns, design graphics, coordinate promotional events, assist with website updates, and analyze campaign performance metrics. This role requires a hands-on approach to digital marketing across multiple platforms.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or multimedia marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills across formats.
- Experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot CRM, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
- Experience in women’s health, fertility, or family-building.
