- 4+ years of professional work experience in email marketing or equivalent role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level email marketing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of email and general digital marketing best practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email.
- Experience working with professional services firms.
- Experience within workflow management tools.
- Experience in marketing/business development and business intelligence reporting tools.
