About the Role
As a Sr. Event Producer, you will be responsible for managing and executing $5B+ market cap client events, live broadcast ceremonies, IPOs, and VIP events. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful event execution, while also building relationships with clients and vendors to enhance revenue opportunities.
About You
Required:
- 5 – 7 years of event management, hospitality, client experience, and/or broadcast production.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or hospitality.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interface with C-level executives.
Preferred:
- High degree of creativity and passion for event planning.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
