Looplogik is seeking a Founding Applied AI/ML Engineer to join their team remotely, with a strong preference for candidates based in California or New York. The role involves architecting and building a cutting-edge AI platform from the ground up.

As one of the first engineering hires, you'll work directly with the technical co-founder to design and implement the core AI agent architecture and orchestration systems. You'll build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge integration, develop contextual memory and knowledge graph systems, create AI observability and quality monitoring systems, build predictive models for customer health, churn risk, and growth opportunities, and implement sentiment analysis and intent detection systems. You'll also design feedback loops that continuously improve the AI's performance.
