About the Role
As a Master Level Therapist, you will serve as the team leader, responsible for evaluating referrals, conducting interviews, and planning services for families. You will act as a liaison between families and community agencies, oversee documentation in client records, provide crisis intervention, and may require some travel within the catchment area.
About You
Required:
- A Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- One year post-master supervised experience in a direct service area.
- Willingness to attend Child and Adolescent Case Management and In-Home Intervention training.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
