Summary
Child and Family Focus Inc. is seeking a Masters Level Therapist to join their On My Way Program in Phoenixville, PA. The role involves providing coordinated specialty care to young people experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
About the Role
As a Masters Level Therapist, you will provide direct services to individuals, families, and groups through an evidence-based Coordinated Specialty Care program. Your responsibilities will include administering assessments, creating and implementing treatment plans, providing psychoeducation, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary professionals. You will also be required to rotate on-call availability for after-hours crisis support and apply the core values of Trauma-Informed Care in your practice.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Human Service or related field including psychology, counseling or social work.
Preferred:
- Experience implementing CBT.
- Experience working with transition aged youth (15-30).
- Experience working with Schizophrenia Spectrum population.
- Crisis Management Experience.
