About the Role
As a Material Handler I, you will be responsible for loading and moving materials, operating various material handling equipment, opening containers, prioritizing mail and materials, identifying and reporting damages, performing counts, and maintaining logs and documentation. You will also ensure equipment is in working condition, perform safety checks, and assist in warehouse layout adjustments.
About You
Required:
- Work experience in the core logistics functions of storing, issuing, inventory, and delivery.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift weight in accordance with current OSHA and Bureau of Labor Standards guidelines.
