- Demonstrate attention to detail and deadline driven.

- Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- FedEx ship manager experience with both domestic and international with a clear understanding of incoterms.
- Experience using ERP’s and WMS systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to build a high performing team.
- Open to work overtime, weekends and occasionally holidays.
- One year’s inventory management experience.
- Cycle counting experience.
- Oracle WMS software experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience.
