About the Role
About You
- Degree in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality, Process Design, Process Improvement or Operations.
- Strong expertise in material testing, including mechanical/structural, chemical and dimensional testing.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Proficiency in analytical tools: Keyence, SEM-EDS, Instron, Rheometer, FTIR, XRF, and others.
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as JMP or Minitab for data analysis.
- Experience with root cause analysis, MSA studies and implementing data-driven solutions.
