Summary
Global Compliance Partners is seeking an experienced Materials Planner to support one of their biotech clients on a contract basis. The role involves managing non-GMP material management in a dynamic CMC development environment.
About the Role
As a Materials Planner, you will serve as the operational backbone for non-GMP material management, working across CMC, clinical, and translational teams to ensure materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory of non-GMP materials, coordinating material demand planning, tracking material needs in real time, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
About You
Required:
- Hands-on experience in a CMC development environment (biotech or pharma).
- Direct experience working with CDMOs.
Preferred:
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills; comfortable working across scientific and operational teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
- Experience with multi-site inventory management and international shipping logistics.
- Self-directed and organized, capable of owning a workstream independently.
