About the Role
As a Materials Supervisor, you will manage and coordinate the Materials department activities, ensuring timely shipping of finished goods based on manufacturing planning. You will monitor delivery performance, assist with root cause analysis, and implement inventory optimization strategies. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining material parameters in the ERP system, ensuring material availability, and serving as a key point of contact for order conflict management with customers.
About You
Required:
- Associates Degree or similar program requiring 2 years to complete.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience in materials management or supply chain.
Preferred:
- Good working knowledge of manufacturing procedures and management practices.
- Experience with ERP systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
