Summary
Tutor Me LA LLC is seeking a Math Tutor to provide 1:1 or group instruction to students in the Fort Collins area of Colorado. The role involves in-person tutoring at Poudre High School with flexible scheduling and hourly rates.
About the Role
As a Math Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized instruction to students, adapting your teaching methods to meet their needs. You will set your own schedule and hourly rate, and will be expected to engage students in a fun and interactive learning environment. The position may require some travel within the Fort Collins area.
About You
Required:
- Previous tutoring/teaching experience with students required.
- Must have experience/expertise in high school Math subjects.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Availability during/after school hours (requested schedule: 8:50am-4:00pm).
- Comfortable working in a classroom setting.
- Comfortable passing an IN-PERSON background check.
- Clear FBI-DOJ background check (provided through us).
- Negative TB Test Result.
Preferred:
- Background in behavior interventions highly preferred.
- Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments.
