About the Role
As a Mazak VMC & HMC Mill Setup and Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Mazak VMC and HMC machines, programming CNC machines using Mazatrol and G-code, conducting tool changes and adjustments, performing quality inspections, collaborating with engineering and production teams, maintaining a clean work area, troubleshooting machining issues, documenting production data, and overseeing a team of 2-3 milling operators.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience in setting up and programming Mazak VMC and HMC machines.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, including Mazatrol and G-code.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
